greatfit.ai provides AI-powered tools designed to help you analyze job descriptions, build dossiers, and generate career documents like resumes and cover letters.
- No Job Guarantees: While we strive to provide the best tools possible to enhance your job search, greatfit.ai does not guarantee that you will receive job offers, interviews, or employment as a result of using our Service.
- AI Output Limitations: Our Service utilizes artificial intelligence (Large Language Models) to generate content. AI-generated text may occasionally contain inaccuracies, formatting errors, or hallucinations. It is your responsibility to review, edit, and verify all generated resumes, cover letters, and communications before sending them to potential employers.
2. Subscriptions and Payments
Portions of the Service may require payment, such as purchasing AI credits or subscribing to a premium tier. Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
- Billing: By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.
- Refunds: All sales are final. Because generating AI content incurs direct costs on our end, we do not offer refunds for consumed credits or partially used subscription periods, except where required by law.
3. Your Content and Intellectual Property
You Own Your Data: You retain full ownership of any content you upload (e.g., your resume) and the specific, customized documents generated for you by the Service.
Our Platform: greatfit.ai retains all intellectual property rights to the Service itself, including the interface, underlying software, proprietary prompts, matching algorithms, and branding.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious documents.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our proprietary AI prompts or underlying algorithms.
- Share your account credentials with others or resell access to the Service.
- Automate interactions with the Service in a way that violates our rate limits.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, greatfit.ai and its officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
